Overview
All sales are final. We do not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges for defective or damaged items within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are non-exchangeable, including:

• Gift cards

• Certain health and personal care items

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges Only
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@candle-song.com and send your item.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange. Once the exchanged item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the exchange confirmation to the gift giver.

Shipping for Exchanges
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning a more expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
