Shipping Information
We take pride in delivering your order on time and to the specified address. To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address. Incomplete addresses, such as those missing an apartment, unit, or buzzer number, may lead to delays or additional delivery fees for a second attempt.
Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout for your convenience.
International Orders: Customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Depending on stock availability, orders may ship from our USA or Canadian facilities to minimize delays.
Returns and Refunds
Your happiness is our priority! While we can’t accept returns or refunds for used candles due to their nature, we’re here to help if something goes wrong.
- Damaged Items: If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and receipt. Items eligible for return or refund must be sent back within 15 days of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to initiate a return or refund.
- Retailer Orders: For items purchased from retailers, please contact them directly for returns or exchanges.
Need to Cancel?
Email us at your earliest convenience. Please note, we can’t cancel or refund orders that have already shipped.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost or returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll help you reship it, though re-shipping costs will apply. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
